    Maybe he thinks the Skins have bipolar disorder? (if you, google for cycling and mental health, the top three hits are about BPD, though hits 4 and 5 are about the mental health benefits of bicycling)

    …or maybe he meant to write #Capitals and is not a fan of the puck possession along the boards game referred to as cycling the puck.

    If not, what’s wrong with Redskins riding bikes? (I know the link is old.)

    They’re still doing that charity event, I was a bike marshal for them this year.
