This week on Quincy Deck next to W&L High School, American Inline is running its first ever combination skateboard and bike riding camp. There are at least 30 kids with bikes over there, some learning to ride for the first time. They start at 9:00 am and end at 3:00 pm. Greg Keim is the director of American Inline. Word is that this project is going forward extremely well. Fisette has been interviewed along with Henry from Phoenix Bikes. Garvey will be interviewed as well as the police chief and Chris Eatough. And ArlCo got asked what it is doing about the Intersection of Doom. The students will be working on this documentary for a couple more weeks.

Maybe they should try to interview the WashCycle blogger. He’s pretty much got the entire history of DC cycling in the DC in his head (and on his blog) and they may be interested in seeing how social media has advanced the cause and changed over time.
