    I got lost when he said pick up and move because the rest of the country is full of opportunity or to live further out because it’s cheaper. Valuation fluctuations are worst the further out you go and if they had my line of work in Charleston, SC, I would be out of here in a heartbeat :). I agree with riding to save money–that is definitely true compared to paying for parking or paying for Metro.
