    I’ve used their plastic box for years… it has made 30+ domestic trips and 20+ international and is as strong as the day I bought it. I think I paid $135 for it. They’re a little more expensive than that now.

    I was thinking of something I could use to put my bike in the car in a manner acceptable to the SO and on this falls Climate Ride from NYC. Foldable would allow me to stuff it in another bag and have it ride back to DC is the support vehicle.

    Check out Trash Messenger Bags. they do a really nice soft case that even has backpack style straps. Folds up relatively small. Made in Minneapolis.

    Old blanket? Inside a car for a one off thing does not seem worth buying a box.
