    I learned the hard way that parking garages are coated with a surface that is similar to the white lines and are very slippery when wet!

    Looks like some of those animated cyclists were harmed pretty seriously. An investigation should be done!

    But seriously, I agree with the recommendation to work on core strength, coordination, agility and flexibility. I think that helps with an instinctive tuck and roll, as mentioned in the video. I’ve noticed that when I’ve fallen on the bike (or on the run), that I tend to roll. I get multiple minor bumps and bruises but not a concentrated, single injury. Not that this is the only good reason to do core-focused strength and balance training.

    I liked it when the pack of crashed riders exploded in flames. :D

    If folks would do just one thing from the video, I would hope it’s simply look ahead where you’re going. I swear so many folks appear to be looking down as if they’re reading a newspaper on the ground. I can’t fathom how they don’t crash more.
