A coworker of mine showed me their website 2 weeks ago. I don’t know if he got one, but I said I’d be interested to see it in action if he did. It’s kind of a cool idea to just make your own lane. Probably not useful on trails and I wonder about battery life, but interesting.

Neat, but I’m not interested unless I can program it to draw my own message or it’s a high intensity laser that I can cut cars following too closely in half with.

That’s yesterday’s fad. If you’re not riding Gangnam Style, you just have no hope of being a hipster. Turn in your Hipster Membership card at the door.

I think some people like it because they think it has a catchy beat and they enjoy the funny dancing style in the video. I noticed that you are posting from China–do most Chinese people not like Gangnam Style?

Gangnam Style is on the way out already. I know this b/c the guys in the announcer booth at our local high school were blasting it during a football game a few weeks ago. Once the parents have caught on…

Gangnam is in Seoul, South Korea.

From my experience, living in China for an extended period, the Chinese don’t generally have an issue with the Koreans. They tend to dislike Japanese and Tawainese for historical reasons. This is obviously an over simplification and generalization, so correct me if I’m wrong.

at that time, everyday online you could see so much people talk about gangnam everywhere, almost drive me crazy, which is one of reasons why i don’t like it

Some sort of Rubicon has been crossed when it’s perfectly normal for Americans to chatter with a Chinese marketer about Korean pop music – and if not because of the cultures and distances involved then simply because the spammer came back to chat at all.
