Network for businesses that use bikes as part of commute or delivery?

Greetings!

New forum member. I am wondering if anyone knows of an existing Metro area network that promotes bike-utilizing businesses and/or green business practices? I am a service provider that works predominantly in client homes and businesses, and endeavoring to only work in a range that allows me to travel by bike/transit. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen these networks on the left coast, but so far am not finding anything in D.C. Any thoughts or suggestions?
