    He’s serving a judges order. Cannot operate a motor vehicle that requires a license. If his face was painted I’d call him Bozo.

    If so, he’s in violation. It was about a 150 cc scooter. License required.
    I almost yelled at him, but decided not to because of the ballsy-ness of it. And I was already angered-out by then (bad commute today).

    Twice, this summer, I’ve encoutnered small NPS tractors on the bridge, heading east. At least they stopped so you coul squeeze by them.

    There’s a dude with a motorized (gas, gag) bike scooter who uses the Met Branch pretty often. Seems pretty chill though, so I’ve never said anything. I did call the cops for that wanker on the dirt bike on the NE Branch trail the other night…
