    The report is on the 4MRT at near marker 44 (not mile post) in Glencarlyn Park. This is the section of the 4MRT that goes from the W&OD up to Jefferson St, just east of the Arlington Blvd underpass. There is a small shelter with a bench to the side of the trail here.
