George Mason Drive isn’t changing (as far as I know); the cross-section you’re shown at the beginning of the survey IS the treatment of Carlin Springs Rd going over the bridge. You see a median in the renderings because it is George Mason Drive you’re seeing in the renderings (Carlin Springs Rd being up on the bridge itself). It is Carlin Springs Rd as it goes over the bridge that is getting bike lanes and 8′ sidewalks. (Other improvements to Carlin Springs Rd are coming as part of other projects).
