I came though from DC around 1 p.m., before I read your note, and didn’t notice anything (but wasn’t looking for it either), so hopefully it has been cleaned up.
Thank you very much for posting that info. I noticed broken glass around the same spot you describe one morning about three weeks ago. I alerted a passing policewoman about it, and she said she would contact someone about cleaning it up. Will keep an eye out.
