Or maybe someone had a really good morning.

I didn’t think it was THAT warm today so I’d have to agree with jrenaut’s take on the matter.

That’s nothing compared to the trail thong we found in GW National Forest last Sunday.

That might explain why there was NPS police there when I biked by. Let’s home its not a sign that someone in fact is having a long bad day.

The bra was crumpled up in the same place since at least yesterday afternoon. Clearly someone had examined it since then since it was spread out theis morning. ;)

I submit my find of a tattered jock strap over by Wakefield High School while doing hills as being among the weirdest things I have ever rolled over.

In the past year, I’ve found a wallet and three cell phones in the bike lanes between Ballston and Courthouse!

I’m surprised to hear it’s been then more than a few minutes. It looked like it just fell out of a pannier or something. It didn’t appear to be torn or anything like that.

I still submit that my finding the contents of a bra bouncing down the W&OD last July 5th was far and above finding the bra itself :)

It’s amazing the things you see at 2-3am

The only underclothing I’ve found on my bike travels was a bra that I saw fall out of the bag of a woman who was very thankful but embarrassed when I pointed it out to her.

And why do I suspect the people were still attached to them when they were *found*?

Here’s my bra story. Many many many years ago, some team mates of mine went for an early ride on the Old Dominion when we spotted this woman jogging with her bra on. Not a jog bra but a BRA BRA. The forecast that day was hot hot hot. Upper 90’s for the high so we decided to ride early and not get cooked so much. After passing her we looked at each other with a “what da heck was that” face. I don’t think I could ride in my undies even if the temps were hot. It would be too uncomfortable. Perhaps she liked the attention. Who knows.

In my quest to document “found objects”, here is my contribution to the thread.

dbb, I can verify that that is – in fact – a bra. Good work.

If the conservatives find this thread, we will be in BIG trouble.

    Don’t say I didn’t warn ya.
