24 January – W&OD inbound from Reston

Trail clear. Little bit of ice coming from Buckthorn just before Hunter Mill, and again on the usual stretch between Cedar and Gallows.

Rt 7 Bridge in FC clear, small bridge at Little falls a tad slippery – looks like someone spilled slurpee on it it’s that kind of slush. Other than that good ride in, although you’ll be throwing water as the trail is generally wet. Something crazy going on in Georgetown, Fire trucks everywhere on M near the Key Bridge.

And before someone yells at me for not following Dr’s orders, if he didn’t want me to ride he shouldn’t have given me such good painkillers :p
