    I’m halfway to my goal of raising $1,000 for Best Buddies as part of the Audi Best Buddies Challenge metric century ride next month. Some generous cyclists here have helped me get there – is there anyone else who can give a small amount and help me reach the top?

    Best Buddies matches students, mostly in high school, with fellow students who intellectual disabilities like my daughter Audrey to foster friendship and inclusion. It’s kind of like the Big Brother/Big Sister program.

    I need to meet my goal by OCT. 7 or I will have to pay the rest out of my pocket! So I’m begging you here. Help the awesome people at Best Buddies and the great work they do.

    I also like that I can make myself a Congresswoman on the donation site. :D
