    It was just laid down when I went through last afternoon. Got a bunch of tar on my frame, and some sticky junk that took a half a mile or so to wear off my wheels. I thought sure I was going to get a flat from a little rock working its way into the tube.

    It’ll be sweet when it cures a bit though.

    I dunno about that. I came through this am and it definitely appeared to be a low bidder job.

    I’ve got some faith. They did a good job with the last section, so I’ll wait til the end of the week to pass judgement

    I also went through there right after they opened it had to spend 5 minutes wiping the crap off my tires. They opened it way too early.
