    Have any of you talked to “that guy” on the Custis? You know who I’m talking about. Short skinny guy who walks with his eyes closed and his head resting on his left shoulder.

    Maybe we should hook him up with Hobo

    I’ve seen him a few times. He’s always waves a little thank you when I announce myself before passing him.

    I usually see him just east of Glebe Rd.
