DC Bicyclist Dies After Colliding With Pedestrian 6/28/11

I completely agree, while all lives are precious there are several things that we all can do to help save our own hides, although there will always be some risk. My hat is off to all of the city commuters.

No helmet though….sad.

I hope I don’t go out that way. Colliding with a 14 year old girl and heading off to the big trail in the sky is probably the worst possible scenario. Just illustrates that point that on a bike we everything is literally out to get us.
