You recall correctly about last year! We had planned a ride out of Conte’s that would hit some of the neighborhoods that go all out with Christmas light decorations, but unfortunately we had to cancel due to bad weather.

BikeArlington doesn’t have anything like that planned this year but I did attend the Revolution Cycles “Ugly Christmas Sweater” group ride this past weekend that went down to see the Christmas tree in front of the White House.

Here are some pictures from that event: http://www.ontaponline.com/scene/?album=4&gallery=236

    Tim,

Can you provide some input as to what neighborhoods were included in the cancelled ride?

    Thanks.

Contes was putting the route together. Looking back over old emails I think it went roughly like this:

Conte’s down to Pershing and up through Claredon then make your way back to Quincy St. by way of Key/Kirkwood. Quebec around 18th was one location to stop and then over by 17th and Abingdon on the other side of Glebe was the other location.

This is a pretty rough outline, so you’ll have to do some exploring!

    I e-mailed a friend at Conte’s to see if they’re planning anything.
