Wheel building classes?

    While I”ve never taken it I’ve heard a couple of people speak highly of this class. It’s in Alexandria, so not far from Arlington.

    I agree, it would be a great skill to learn. I’ve done/fixed just about everything on a bike except wheels. I don’t know why, that part seems way more complicated.

    I’ve done a number of computrainer classes at the Spokes in Alexandria and when I was upgrading my wheelset I had a pretty lengthy chat with Bill there. He is very knowledgeable and I think any class he teaches would be great.

    I ended up going with a deep rim aerowheel so he didn’t build mine for me, but if I ever wanted to get a custom light weight wheel for climbing I’d definitely go to him.
