Lights out on W&OD trail

Hi, Barry – I noticed that last week, and reported it to trails@arlingtonva.us. Dominion Power has been made aware of it, and if you get a chance to roll through there in the dayilght, you’ll see that they’ve been digging up a fair bit of it (presumably to find/fix the cause).
