BLACK ICE will be our foe tomorrow. Be careful.
Didn’t need the snow studs on rear today but few times i needed did increase sense of security.
DC to Falls Church: over all about 95% clear. Falls Church is passable but avoid it if you can; traveling towards the river, over broad street bridge and LEFT at West and i believe first right…that street parallels the W&OD to intersection with Lee Hwy.
Most treachorous is Columbia Pike underpass. Road through this am and went down on the ice and slush on return ride.
SW Waterfront/Washington Marina – over the bridge – along MVT to airport and up to Shirlington and then along Arlington Mills: all clear.
Old Four Mile patchy snow/ice til it connects with W&OD.
W&OD from bluemont to falls church all clear.
Falls Church is hard packed snow ice. No xcountry skiers so no ruts but still pretty slick.
