Here’s the QOM ride. Marshall MacArthur climb in Vienna.

Yes, you can see when you switch to time vs distance around the 33 minute mark there is a pause in a driveway. Then lots of quick accelerations after that.

Go ahead and flag it. (Hit the wrench button underneath “weather” and select “flag”)

You just need to try a little harder.

Estimated 661 watts average for over 30 seconds at 122bpm? Seems legit.

I frequently have to flag people’s files who either get in a car, or have a GPS error, so I’m pretty good at picking out what looks legit and what doesn’t. Check for multiple, fast accelerations at stop lights. 0-30 over and over again can be an indicator.

Same. Maybe not “frequently” but yeah if you click on “Analysis” and choose Time scale it’s usually easy to tell what’s going on. I usually won’t flag minor GPS errors because that typically means the segment is just too short.

In all seriousness, it looks like she went for a ride, forgot to stop the recording on her watch when she got back to her house, drove kid to/picked up from school, then stopped the ride once she got back home.

Ahhh! That’s what confused me. She gets off the trail, then zooms up the climb, and then loops back around? Makes sense now. Segment flagged. I’ll let you know when my “friend” gets her QOM back. Although, it’s just been identified to people to steal legitimately!
