I believe this was made with paper machê cuz I remember it when it was newspapers. Down by 4 mile run in front of those fancy new apartments that replaced the housing project, between the Shirlington connector & the water treatment plant

What to do about #publicartfinder posts while the Bike Arlington forum is down on 1/4 and 1/5 (see http://bikearlingtonforum.com/announcement.php?f=41)

While it is down:
