Hey all. My trusty niterider is going in to the shop for some repairs and I can’t bear the thought of riding without lights in the early hours of my commute. Does anyone have a reasonably bright spare light I could borrow for about a week while I ship my light back for repairs?

Got a call from NiteRider today to confirm my light was repaired and charge me a $20 bench fee. For replacing the external issues with the USB cover, the cracked case and some internals that had water damage ( according to them ) not bad

Light arrived in the mail last night. It looks like they replaced the rear half of the casing with a new piece. I know I could have bought a newer version of this same light for around $50 or a much brighter one for under $100, but I like that this company will repair the defective parts and prolong the use of the original as long as possible.

I hope this thread gives someone an idea of the turnaround time to expect if they need to go through this process.
