FS: E-bike – Stromer ST1 Elite

Folks, I’m selling my 2013 Stromer ST1 Elite electric bike. I bought it just over 3 years ago when I first started bike commuting but over the past year have pretty much switched wholesale to my pedal power only bike.

This is the Elite as opposed to Platinum model which has a motor geared for higher torque but lower overall top speed (20mph vs 28mph); works great on the hills of North Arlington! 9 Speed Shimano Sora transmission, hydraulic brakes, Schwalbe Big Ben tires…build quality is excellent. It’s also equipped with the Stromer City Kit that includes rack, fenders, and integrated Supernova lights that run directly from e-bike battery. At around 2500 motors the original motor failed (there was apparently an issue with motors on some of the early bikes), but was replaced under warranty this past spring so bike now has a new motor with around 100 miles on it and new cassette, rear wheel, and tire.

Asking $2150; brand new as equipped is around $4000. PM me if interested.

It’s the Large 20″ size, which Stromer claims is good for riders between 5’8″ and 6’3″
