    Welcome winter! Snow is supposed to start round noon on December 1 and continue into the overnight hours. Total accumulation between 7 and 12 cm predicted.

    You already know the weather for December of 2016? Presumably with the aid of a divining Rod? I know several weather stations that need to hire you.
