Coming Back from Seattle to Visit!

Hi y’all, I’m coming back for a weeklong visit to the DC area! I’ll be in town from Saturday, April 27 (after taking a red-eye, zzzz) through Saturday, May 4, and while I will spend a lot of time with my family, I have a lot of biking-related things I want to do with y’all (obviously can’t do everything, but we’ll do what we can).

Bike-related stuff:

• Some coffee clubs (Monday pancakes, HDCC if it’s still at Best Buns, WTFCC, etc.)
• Happy hours (anything going on? Has Crystal City’s Fridays at the Fountain started yet?)
• Bike the Silver Line (Phase 1 and 2) starting from East Falls Church Metro (going to make a new video since the newer stations are under construction)
• Bike the Purple Line (same as Silver Line, looking to see the updates)
• Ride some of the new bike infrastructure (Virginia Ave cycletrack in DC, Washington Blvd Trail in Arlington, Vesper Trail in Tysons, etc.)
• Ride my faves (Arlington Loop, Holmes Run-Jones Point-Commonwealth-Eads Loop, MBT-Anacostia Tributary Trail-SW DC Loop, W&OD Trail)
• Maybe do something (deliberately being vague) about a certain tour bus parking in bike lane circle area (I have ideas)
• Other crazy ride ideas (Midnight Saddles, perhaps?)

I can’t wait to see everyone again!
