while I realize theere’s probably nothing to be done about 4 Mile Run flooding the trail near the river since the creek is over its banks, there must be a drain plugged on the trail near where it passes under Mt. Vernon Ave because water pools there deeply as well. It is walled off from the creek so it’s a drain or drainage problem
