Lights out on W&OD trail

Almost all of the lamp posts on the W&OD trail between N. Roosevelt St and N Patrick Henry Dr are out. Makes it pretty difficult to see at night without a light. There's also an earth mover out there so they may be doing some repairs.

Hi, Barry - I noticed that last week, and reported it to trails@arlingtonva.us. Dominion Power has been made aware of it, and if you get a chance to roll through there in the dayilght, you'll see that they've been digging up a fair bit of it (presumably to find/fix the cause).
