FYI:
I've heard that a crew will be removing the steel plate and excavating the hole on the Custis Trail located about 100 yards from Lee Highway at Johnson Street near marker 12. Once this is done another crew will be running water in the hole to see if the water filters through the joints of the storm sewer below. This work will begin on Thursday, August 12th at 10:00am.
